1-1-1 Inclusive Work Partnership

Just 1 hour a week. | No full-time position required. FFSN provides an on-site

One participant. One student job coach. One local business. One hour a week.

The 1-1-1 Inclusive Work Community Lab gives individuals with special needs an opportunity to experience a real workplace in a small, supported, and practical way.

We are not asking businesses to create a full-time job or employment position. We simply ask a participating business to welcome one participant for approximately one hour a week and provide a meaningful, manageable task.

FFSN provides a student job coach who stays on-site to support the participant and help the experience run smoothly.

For businesses, it is a small commitment.

For our participants, it can be a meaningful first step toward confidence, independence, workplace skills, and community connection.

We Invite Local Businesses to Join Us

A task can be simple—organizing supplies, packaging, sorting, stocking, preparing materials, quality checking, or another task that fits your workplace.
