FFSN Social Enterprise creates supported, real-world work experiences for individuals with special needs through hands-on training, our Mobile Café, and partnerships with local businesses.
Since 2023, Friends for Special Needs has been empowering individuals with special needs through inclusive work programs. Our journey started with hands-on training and community cafés and now culminates in personalized support via our 1-1-1 Inclusive Work partnership, fostering independence and collaboration.
We aim to build a more inclusive community by providing resources and opportunities for individuals with special needs to gain confidence, independence, and meaningful relationships. We support local businesses in creating supported, inclusive work environments.
Our dedicated student-led committee drives programs, creates events, and fosters community partnerships to promote inclusive employment. Their efforts turn the vision of inclusion into tangible opportunities for all.
